About::

This song is about how social conventions tie us up in circles and it’s also about breaking free, giving in to our desires.

About::

This is about a person that you just can’t get out of your head, they are not the sensible choice.  Velvet Razor All for the love of a fool

About::

This is a medieval acoustic rock piece with alternate tuning guitars, mandolins, medieval style drumming and harmony vocals. Complete with “Zepplinesque” overtones, I wrote this song while working in the USA for six months. It’s strange that I should go that far away from home to write a traditional English-style Medieval  Folk song. Maybe there was a subliminal yearning  for the country of my birth. Something about the medieval, Celtic and Norse times resonate with me stories by the camp fire, legends and verses captured in song about great heroes, quests, fair lady, dark evil enemies, dragons and other magical mythological creatures.

Influences::

 This is a song that has touches of the music of Steeleye Span, REM, and Led Zeppelin.

About::

 This song is primarily about communication, but also perceptions, mainly wrong perceptions.
Its how people read a book by its cover, also the lies and manipulations in relationships.
When we allow wrong impressions and purely selfish motives to guide us this is the path
to aggression, miscommunication; put this on a larger scale – War…

Influences::

 Duran Duran, REM, The Police, The Cure

About::
This song is memory, the transition of time
and the ephemeral nature of happiness.
An ode to what might have been and the choices we make.
Where they lead us to and where would our lives have
gone, if we had made different choices.
