you dont care
About::
This song is in the classic rock style (with a twist of mod),
it is music with an incessant driving and hypnotic rhythm,
music that conjures overtones of "The Doors". Breathy
deep vocals that mourn for lost love, with Ray Manzarek of
The Doors style keyboards, a persistent blues guitar riff
that works its way deep into your brain. Tension building
drumming that releases in the climatic choruses.
"You don't care" wears it's 60's/70's badge with pride.
Influences::
The Doors, The manic street preachers
Lemonrock had this to say about the songs influences...
Red Hot Chili Peppers , Hothouse_Flowers, Del Amitri,
with perhaps a nod to 60s psychedelia à la Small faces
and the menace of Manic Street Preachers, his is
irresistible listening. Great to hear original quality
material from a live gigging band."

with haunting harpsichords, synths and crashing
drums. The Castle is a song that is considered to be
a cornerstone piece of Velvet Razor's live music set.
